The Story of Café Perfect Day

Our cafe, Cafe Perfect Day, was born out of a desire to create a space where every customer feels warmly welcomed. Our founder, Monika Hrušková, an architect by profession, decided to build her dreams from the ground up. She originally planned only a small café, but she turned her determination and love for a new craft into two successful projects.

In 2019, she opened a design cafe in Dejvice called Cafe Perfect Day, which has become a popular place for all lovers of quality coffee, honest confectionery and fine food and wine right from the start. All the wines you can order here have been carefully selected by the owner herself. All of our food is carefully and handcrafted with an emphasis on quality ingredients, as are the confectionery products that you can enjoy with us.

And it is to produce a truly high quality and honest confectionery range that we opened our own Sweet Day factory and confectionery in 2025, which is the exclusive supplier of confectionery products to Cafe Perfect Day. You can buy its products not only in the confectionery itself, but also in our café.

What can you expect from Sweet Day? Our range includes traditional lasagne, whipped cream pinwheels, pistachio cream wreaths, tartlets, lasagne and macaroons, but also modern desserts, artisan ice cream made from natural ingredients and soon fragrant French pastries such as croissants and pastries made from homemade puff pastry and puff pastry.

Visit us and enjoy coffee or tea in peace and comfort in an interior designed with love, or stop in for one of our takeaway desserts. We want every visitor to not only eat well, but also enjoy the intimate atmosphere we carefully create with our professional service team.
